At Amano Homes we are extremely proud of all the projects that we have completed over the past 16 years. From humble single-storey homes for first homeowners to larger scaled multiple two-storey developments, we believe they all deserve to be showcased. Built in South Perth this custom home epitomizes our ability to design to suit a tricky lot and accommodate our client’s requests.
 
Firstly with this lot we were required to utilize the common driveway and therefore needed the garage to be located to the side of the home and not facing the street. In addition to this our clients wanted a pool and large living area facing the pool area. 
 
The result is a striking manor-like home incorporating all the clients and council requests into one functional design.

Working with an aggressively irregular shaped lot, our designers were allowed to spare no expense in designing something to maximize the northern orientation and create something truly special. 
 
The result is a large family home incorporating northern light to all the living areas and a massive master getaway upstairs with balcony.
 
Setting a trend for homes of this style, elements of this home have been replicated several times by other builders since. 
 
This is a home we are truly proud of having designed and built.

Designed specifically for the area, these stunning two homes built in Como are an outstanding example of what is possible as a battle-axe development on a standard 20m wide residential lot.
 
While the trend may be to split the land down the middle and and build two narrow homes, these homes show you how grand two homes can look built in this manner.
 
Both homes consist of 4 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with an addition sitting room. Lovely homes both inside and out.

Designed and built purely for investment, this home was the result of a subdivision of a corner lot that allowed for the home to be accessed from the secondary street rather than down a battle axe access way. 
 
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with Study, needed to subsequently be designed to suit a lot depth of just 20m and done so without compromise.
 
The result is a functionally open floor plan and a timeless elevation that looks as good now as the day it was built.

After consultation with an Amano Homes representative our client was able to ascertain that they could demolish their existing home in East Victoria Park and build 2 new single storey homes. 
 
The result is a typical house behind house development where we designed 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom homes that also included a Home Theatre.
 
Both are large spacious homes, one of which the owner moved into and the other they sold for a substantial profit.

Each home consists of 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and a Home Theatre set out in a very spacious and open manner.
 
As a first time developer this client was thrilled with the way Amano assisted them in the process and helped to build him a substantial profit as well as 3 beautiful homes.

On assessment of our clients’ site we ascertained that they could subdivide their lot in a way that they could build 6 homes on it. Excited by that, our clients did not have the budget to build that many, especially not as double storeys. 
 
Subsequently we designed 6 single storey homes to suit the lot by utilizing single garages in lieu of double. This minimized the footprint of each home as well as reducing the overall cost of construction. 
 
The result was a very profitable investment for our clients, built on time during a very busy era of construction.

This is the last stage of a large development whereby we assisted our regular and repeat clients to build a series of two-storey homes in 4 different stages here in Cohn Street.
 
The result is a complex of HIA Award nominated townhouses that look and feel fantastic. Each comprises an open floor plan and double garage on the lower floor with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms upstairs. 
 
Built ahead of schedule and to exacting standards, we have since built several more projects for these clients.

Built and finished to the highest standards, this home has been recognized by the it’s owners and the industry body as something truly special.

Each home consists of 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and an additional sitting room upstairs to take advantage of the city views. Two of the homes even include an additional study, which could be utilized as a 4th Bedroom.
 
This client is now working with us on another project after having sold all 4 units for an impressive return.

Nominated for the 2014 HIA Awards, these stunning homes were designed and built for a repeat client of ours for a lot in Belmont.
 
These 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom homes were maximized to provide their prospective buyers with large, functional homes that were built and finished above the standard in the area. 
 
As a result the owner sold them quickly off the plan during a slow market and moved on to build another development with us in the area.

This exclusive home was custom designed for our clients to suit a tapering site in Ascot where they keep and train race horses. One of the key requirements for the client was to allow for lots of parking out the front yet with minimal disruption to the overall aesthetic of the home’s front elevation. Subsequently we located the garage sideways and provided ample turning circle space and visitors bays.
 
Inside the house has been stunningly appointed and built to a very high specification. A beautiful home inside and out.

Some times our clients ask us to really push the limits as to what is allowable and possible. While this creates extensive delays (and therefore additional costs) the results can sometimes be worth the wait and effort.

In this instance our clients were looking to build a 370m two storey home consisting of 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, a Study, an office and Games room, all on a lot which is just 305m.

The result is a centerpiece of the Ascot Waters precinct and a home that both owner and Amano Homes are proud of.

Walking through this home gives a feel of great space and openness, not what you might expect on a small and narrow lot. The owners are thrilled with the result.
